Camper Forms & Deadlines
To ensure your child has the best camp experience possible, all camper forms must be completed and submitted by May 1st. In addition, all fees are due by this date. Timely submission helps our staff prepare for your child’s arrival and ensures a safe, smooth start to camp. Please refer to our Camper Handbook for specifics on all of items necessary for success.
Where to Complete Forms
Blue Mountain Ranch uses the Camp In Touch platform for all required forms and uploads. Parents will log into Camp In Touch to:
Complete and submit forms online
Upload required documents (including a camper photo)
Make payments

Critical for our camp nurse and staff to ensure your child’s health and safety.
Travel Information
Share your child’s arrival and departure details, whether by car, bus, or plane.
Allows us to plan for a smooth and safe check-in/check-out process.
Liability Release Forms
Required for participation in camp activities.
Ensures parents acknowledge camp safety guidelines and policies.
Camper Profile
A valuable tool for your child’s counselor, the camp nurse, and directors.
Includes details on personality, interests, and helpful information to support your camper.
Requires a recent photo upload for easy identification.
State of Colorado Forms
A few additional forms are required by the State of Colorado.
These may differ from the forms you typically fill out in your home state—please complete them carefully to meet compliance requirements.
Important Reminders
