Saturdays at BMR

Saturdays at BMR are full of adventure—and the fun doesn’t stop when the sun goes down! After a day packed with exciting activities, campers get ready for one of the most anticipated traditions of the week… Saturday Night Dances!

Each week, everyone comes together to dance, laugh, and make memories while today’s favorite songs play. Two of our biggest themed favorites are:

Howdy Dance
Campers break out their cowboy hats, bandanas, and boots for a night of Western fun.

Costume Dance
A highlight of the summer where campers come dressed as anything they can imagine. The sillier and more creative, the better.

Whether campers are twirling in their cowboy gear or showing off their most imaginative costumes, Saturday nights at BMR are all about having fun, expressing yourself, and making memories that last long after camp ends.

Sundays at BMR

Sundays at BMR are all about slowing down and choosing your own pace. Campers can join in a variety of relaxing activities—or simply enjoy the freedom to unwind. They might stretch out in a sunny field to watch the clouds drift by, read a book in the shade, write letters home, or take a well-earned nap. Sundays are truly a day to recharge and follow whatever their heart desires.

In the evening, everyone gathers for a peaceful, nondenominational worship service under the stars. During this special time, we also announce our Campers of the Week. It’s a meaningful tradition where campers and counselors come together to share inspiration, reflect on their experiences, and appreciate the sense of community that makes BMR so special.
